Ok, when starting to score a point you always stick together !
This way when you encounter enemies there is a higher chance of landing a hit to score =D
Usually when you teammate gets hit and you get owned so to speak.. RUN! Try make a little detour and frag you enemy when possible to get to your teammate and melt him.
When you hit an opponent and there are still opponents left stay 1 or 2 rooms near the melt and check any availble routes toward the melts for enemies. Obviously, here you split up and check different ways. Protect your frags!
When you encounter an enemy, say so immediatly by pressing the right mousebutton after doing this: /bind mouse2 say_team Enemy Here!
Your ally now knows you are under fire and rushes to help, if he isn't already there.
There also excists a clicking sound, when you hear this mutiple times follow the ally making the sound. The sound is made by "using an item" which you obviously don't have.
You can change the hotkey to "click" in the controls menu in quake. It is listed as use item.
